The apartments are spacious They are doing a lot of remodeling around the complex and only have only one elevator per building because they are rebuilding the other

Over priced Lived here for over 6 years and between the constant flooding and breaking down of pretty much everything its not worth the price they charge for rent They advertise amedities but they never work and their so called pool is nothing but a Over priced Lived here for over 6 years and between the constant flooding and breaking down of pretty much everything its not worth the price they charge for rent They advertise amedities but they never work and their so called pool is nothing but a leaking closed disaster that should be fixed or cemented over and used as a park for all the kids that live in the building as there is no real place for them to go so they end up loitering the halls and causing trouble more ... hide ...

The rental office will make you want to fight The lady that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional I can literally hear her eating as she tell me all that she cant doshocker Very unhelpful The building is falling apart but rent keeps going The rental office will make you want to fight The lady that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional I can literally hear her eating as she tell me all that she cant doshocker Very unhelpful The building is falling apart but rent keeps going up Machines in the laundry room are always broken Ive wasted so much money in there 1 elevator can go out with no notice so youre waiting 10 minutes for 1 elevator to finally come Security is paid to do nothing The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the view from the terrace is beautiful and the apartments are fairly large Just try not to catch a case over the rental office She act like she own the building when shes just a worker more ... hide ...
