most of the staff from social services dont assist residents unless they feel is worth their time and administration dont follow up on complaintsAND THEY KEEP PLACING POISON AROUND AND IN PREMISES THAT CAN HARM RESIDENTS PET The poor birds and feral most of the staff from social services dont assist residents unless they feel is worth their time and administration dont follow up on complaintsAND THEY KEEP PLACING POISON AROUND AND IN PREMISES THAT CAN HARM RESIDENTS PET The poor birds and feral kitties have been found poisoned or dead around and in front of building when resident confronted management in regards to concern all complaints were disregarded SAD that the seniors in the building have to be scared to take out their dogs because they might ingest the pebble poison One resident had to take one of the kitties found outside to ASPCA emergency to see if he would survive sadly they said he was poisoned and it was too late the kitty didnt make it more ... hide ...
