Additionally, the parking lot wasn't plowed well. When I tried to terminate my lease, Ernesto the leasing manager agreed for a fee of $500. However, after I sent the letter in writing, I was told that I could no longer terminate my lease, even though I had already signed the lease for my new place. I tried informing the office that the apartment was uninhabitable due to pests, flies and mice, and that I had to sleep at a friend's house to avoid sleeping in my own apartment, but they refused to address anything. So, don't make the same mistake I did, especially if you're not from Syracuse; you don't want your first experience in the area to be living in a terrible apartment complex.
