Liz, my leasing agent, and Remy went out of their way to be helpful and answer my queries. The building management team is also very competent and responded to my three minor issues the same day. For example, the maintenance person provided me with a temporary room heater while he ordered the necessary part, and he promptly returned when the part arrived. The front desk staff are also polite and hospitable. When I moved in, the concierge even gave me the use of his laundry card. The residents are very friendly and disprove the myth of the "rude New Yorker." This morning, the person I shared an elevator with even offered me a free bagel! I must not forget to mention the amazing city views. I'm delighted to be living in Manhattan Park.more ...hide ...
