I have spent weeks and weeks of stress sending emails trying to get them to address this and while waiting all of the progress I was starting to make with my physical therapy is disintegrating and I am beginning to have problems walking again. I even sent them the voice message their staff left saying I would have no co-pay responsibility and didnt get a response. Im on a fixed income. At this rate, coming in for the recommended number of sessions for both of my physical issues would cost me over $600. Theres a big difference on a fixed income between nothing and $600. But again, they are incompetent and in different billing staff doesnt respond so I cant go forward with physical therapy and then physical suffering as a result more ... hide ...
