I reported it over the weekend and called maintenance on Monday and Wednesday, and today (Thursday) I went there myself, yet the maintenance guy was just standing around doing nothing. He knew I was going to complain. The woman claimed that someone would come at 1pm, but it is almost 3pm and we're still waiting. This is unacceptable! I tried to look for a corporate office to no avail. This is an emergency and still nobody has shown up. The apartment above us always has plumbing issues. They need a real plumber to fix the job right! I would want my mom to live elsewhere, but she doesn't like change and doesn't want to move, so I've just accepted it. I had to write this honest review. I didn't even tell you about the cockroaches and mice. I clean and sanitize the place every day. I have managed to reduce the vermin, but it doesn't get rid of them completely. Get a cat to keep the mice away, and place glue traps, boric acid, and roach spray for the roaches. I have killed about sixmore ...hide ...
