Gabriel court showed compassion and gave me more time to move out and I am grateful for that. I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because I had MINOR maintenance issues, however they were fixed in an adequate amount of time. The things that were a plus for me were the large laundry rooms, the large storage, great neighborhood, the walls are pretty thick you wont even hear your neighbors, and the playground upkeep.
