Man I loved my little apartment here so much Rent was less than 550 a month and it was cute and cozy and clean and the laundry room was always spotless I now pay 1200 for a studio and I miss Kelsey Creek so much

At first finding this place was a great experience everything was going fine until our first encounter with maintenance Our first experience was a leak under the toilet that was NOT our fault by The leaked caused problems for our downstairs neig At first finding this place was a great experience everything was going fine until our first encounter with maintenance Our first experience was a leak under the toilet that was NOT our fault by The leaked caused problems for our downstairs neighbor which took almost a month to fix for some reason then the second problem was mold forming on the wall and the craziest thing about that is we were told its because we didnt know how to use a shower curtain Maintenance was late or never showed up Also many people are very nosy even if you stay to yourself The rent was fine and they work with you they just need to show more care to the renting tenants and need to hire more then just one maintenance guy Also when you moved in notice how long it takes people to move out and there apartments are only worked on for two days then people move right in Dont take my word for try for yourself more ... hide ...

If I can give them place ten stars I would would recommend this place to any one and especially Soldiers Close to post takes me about 1012 minuets to get to 132nd 10 minuets to Clark Hall and Medical Facilities It was a blessing to find this place
