She was told that this was a requirement with HUD however when I spoke with an individual who contacted me about her application I was told that if she never lived anywhere other than with me and this would be her first apartment that there where exceptions that would be made. Well guess not! I think that no one with a child, with good credit and a job should be denied an apartment due to never having an apartment because they still lived at home with their parents while attending college. I will be contacting HUD and I feel that this in a way is a form of discrimination so I will also be contacting housing opportunities made equil and fair housing. more ... hide ...
