Place has no heat in the winter they wont fix heating uploaded pics to show how cold it gets without a space heater

Place is affordable at first but they raise rent up every year by 70 and maintence tries to blame you for everthing that breaks down in these old houses and they wont tell you about heating issues they cant fix
