Edit Rental Inquiry I am looking for a 2 bedroom for me and my two children ages 1 and 2. I am currently on the TBRA program. My rental contract amount varies depending on utilities. With all utilities included $1,000, if tenant pays electricity only $925, and if tenant pays electricity and gas $875. I am looking to move in no later than Nov. 1st, 2022. My payment amount also varies with each seperate rental option. I am very responsible and have been paying my portion of rent, each month, on time, for 3 years now. I don�t have any evictions on my record.
