The tallest building in the city that was once a bank building was converted to apartments in the early 90s and removed one of the original bank buildings elevators and replaced it with an automatic one in which its pretty fast for nine stories

The elevator is broken it takes forever to get fixed people who cant do stairs r stuck in building till it is fixed I never lived here but its on the news about this
