They were very helpful when we first brought her in, leaving doors open and having the elevator ready for her arrival, since her apartment was on an upper floor. The apartments are immaculate, equipped with call buttons for emergencies, and roomy enough for what they offer. The complex is tranquil and has regulations about entrance after hours, which provides further security for inhabitants. Trash, mail, and other common requirements are within easy reach and downstairs has a wonderful social lobby that allows its inhabitants to socialize, play games, read books, and join in on different gatherings on holidays. Grandma was delighted to be able to sit by her deck's window and view the deer that often show up in the yard outside the complex. Although parking for visitors can be a bit difficult due to the limited space and one having to walk a bit, it's still understandable since the residence have priority to be close to entrances and the visitors lot is usually empty enough to park with ease.
