2017-08-22T19:58:04ZVery poor customer service management Gloria is a horrible representative of anyone and when you ask her to explain things she gets upset starts yelling verbally abusive and demands you leave with out doing her job of explaining what she sent you Eve Very poor customer service management Gloria is a horrible representative of anyone and when you ask her to explain things she gets upset starts yelling verbally abusive and demands you leave with out doing her job of explaining what she sent you Even when your calm cool collected They treat who need service dogs poorly and even tenant visitors who need service dogs poorly which is one allowed by law and theyre own policy Theres gunshot all hours of night but noone kicks those people out or the gangster dice players on stoop or the girls fighting over guys all hours nope they try to kick out people who are hard working and trying to get a hand up Give you 24 hr notice to enter but dont then tell you that you failed inspection bc you were at work when your house was ready for inspection and you knew they were allowed in But any other time maintenance man walks in and notices my children home alone and does the work with out adults there thats creepy more ...
