My boyfriend and I were trying to get an apartment and when we called to get information on the two days out of the week that their office is open no one would answer the phone and I never received a call back We then decide to go to the office after My boyfriend and I were trying to get an apartment and when we called to get information on the two days out of the week that their office is open no one would answer the phone and I never received a call back We then decide to go to the office after not hearing anything and get an application We fill it out an these apartment buildings are supposed to be low income I make roughly 1200 a month and they wanted to charge me 598 for rent how is it supposed to be low income when they want to take half of my income And the apartment complex is in a not so decent area Definitely not a place to rent from more ... hide ...

Home is covered in black mold so bad that my daughter and I were constantly sick The mold was reported and I was told that maintenance would be coming immediately to tear the flooring out and correct the issue The only thing maintenance did was take Home is covered in black mold so bad that my daughter and I were constantly sick The mold was reported and I was told that maintenance would be coming immediately to tear the flooring out and correct the issue The only thing maintenance did was take a photo of a small square of mold and left it at that stating he could do nothing about it It has also been discovered that the apartments are infested with rodents I had purchased a toy for my daughter and sat it in the closet to later give as a surprise but when I went to give it to her the box was full of rodent droppings Due to my daughters health my health and current pregnancy we have not been staying there for the past 3 months while trying to find a home This has been emotionally as well as physically exhausting and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone more ... hide ...
