My family has been living in this place for 4 years now, and it has not improved. It has had multiple owners since our move-in. The groundskeeper is very impolite and always has an attitude. The maintenance personnel act like it's a chore to fix anyt My family has been living in this place for 4 years now, and it has not improved. It has had multiple owners since our move-in. The groundskeeper is very impolite and always has an attitude. The maintenance personnel act like it's a chore to fix anything, despite it being their job. Moreover, there's an infestation of bed bugs, and the exterminators they send out do a few treatments then declare it the final one, yet the bugs remain. The neighbors can be loud, disrespectful and irritating. Additionally, there are parking signs for visitors, but none for the people that live in the apartments, so you need a sticker to park there, otherwise your car will be towed. I recently bought a new car, not realizing the guest parking, and it was towed for two days, costing me $200. The pool has been closed for two years now, and the recreation room was transformed into offices. The laundry facility is filthy and is full of garbage.
