I have stayed at Franklin Terrace for two years and it is pleasant, neat, and tranquil. It is also roomy. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are not suitable for people with disabilities. They are rather small and do not have step-in showers. For couples, I have stayed at Franklin Terrace for two years and it is pleasant, neat, and tranquil. It is also roomy. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are not suitable for people with disabilities. They are rather small and do not have step-in showers. For couples, there are two bedrooms while singles stay in one bedroom apartments but they are very big. The electric, water, trash, microwave, stove, and fridge are already included. The kitchen and living room are open-floor plan. Each apartment has its own sizeable patio. Pets that weigh 25 lbs or below are allowed (a pet deposit is required, which can be paid in parts). There is a laundry room in the clubhouse, which has four washing machines and four dryers. Operating them costs only $1.50 per load as of February 2022. All the apartments are one-story. The surroundings are well-maintained. All tenants are responsible for keeping their patios neat. I am choosy but I haven't a single complaint about Franklin Terrace or its staff. Every month, a tenant event is held, and it usually involves bringing your own dish and getting pizza from the property management. Bingo or another game is usually part of the event, but due to Covid, it may be cancelled.more ...hide ...
