I have lived in Bellivista for almost 2 years and dread going to the office to speak with Jodi or Michelle who have both claimed I was lying at times only to have it proven I was telling the truth The lack of professionalism that these 2 individuals I have lived in Bellivista for almost 2 years and dread going to the office to speak with Jodi or Michelle who have both claimed I was lying at times only to have it proven I was telling the truth The lack of professionalism that these 2 individuals have shown is on a level that I have never before seen Even when proven wrong they still dont have the backbone to apologize for the allegation or the disrespectful manner in which they speak to people Jodi accused me of not reporting that I was working I argued yes I did thats why I now pay full rent and she checked her system and found that I had reported I was actually at the office to pay my rent when this occured When that didnt work she refused my rent payment because it was after the 5th of the month making me 9 days late I did not recieve any notice or anything The reason my rent was late is simpleI work from 530am until 445pm MF I actually got out of work early so I could take my rent in Bellavistas hrs are 830am430pm and thet dont see tenants on Fridays There is NO dropbox bc it was stolen a few years ago When Jodi couldnt get me out based on nonreporting she became petty I had 1200 in money orders mind you my rent is 785 she told me to use that as firsy months rent and deposit elsewhere Accepting rent late is at her descretion At one point she pushed the money orders across the table and said they arent made out yet make em out to yourself and cash them pr deposit them into your account She is such a mean nasty person I asked if there was anything I could do and she pompusly leaned back in her chair and said nope its up to me Im not taking it Ive never felt so belittled and disrespected in my life She further shows her lack of professionalisim on these reviews in black and white as I see several individuals that she has responded to as if the reviews and experiences they faced here could be argued Treating this as a social media platform I have a well paying job so money to move is not the issue its more that time os the issue My hope is that the new owners see these reviews and handle the situation accordingly Mildred however is sweet as pie and I think Michelle is just trying to follow Jodis lead Advice to anyone dealing with Jodi or Michelle is to put your phone on record I forgot being in a hurry so that there is no he said she said These women need to be exposed for the people they really are Oh and several light globes randomly fell and were never put back up Theyve been aware of this since my 1st inspectionmore ...hide ...
