The Extermination program she has brought in is very good, when she was informed of an issue, residents were moved and the exterminator was there within a few hours, treatment completed, and rooms closed off until rechecked! A saying I grew up hearing is \" you cant make a silk purse out of a sals ear\" , but Tiffany is sure on the way to doing so!
