As soon as I moved, I called multiple times and left several messages with my new details. Approximately one month later, they sent a letter to the old address saying they had tried to call me to check if I still wanted the apartment, but the number they had dialed was disconnected. Because of this, my daughter and I were removed from the list and would have been settled in a unit by then if not for this mistake.
