I was hoping I could give a better rating but sadly cannot. The apartment is nice, well-maintained and comfortable, regardless of the season. Maintenance is always on top of their game and acts as quickly as possible when parts are available. The new I was hoping I could give a better rating but sadly cannot. The new manager is very professional, knowledgeable and fair; however she isn’t available 24/7. To live here peacefully you must conform to the wants of a small “group” who believe they speak for everyone else in the building and only follow the lease when it suits them. There are no balconies or patios, so if you want to enjoy being outdoors you must go to shared areas or leave the property altogether. This “group” will accept your presence as long as your beliefs match theirs - religious, moral stances etc., which can be difficult if different or non-existent in comparison to theirs; additionally they decide who they like or don’t like living in the building. My refusal to comply with these demands has made me unwelcome and under constant attack by this group - making me uncomfortable writing such reviews about this place despite there being many wonderful people here that get overshadowed by these gossiping Karens! Lastly I would be open to changing my review if something was done about this issue but unfortunately nothing has changed over 5 years I lived here so I too am looking for somewhere more peaceful than this now that I have found a better place for myself - take it for what it's worth! more ... hide ...

A fun place to live the people is really nice and is a secured building no smoking in the buildingnHave air conditioner and a place to wash your clothes and dont cost much love living here

I was fired from this place for asking about overtime I worked but they dont pay overtime which isnt legal The review from lisa hall she works in the corporate office over an hour away she doesnt live or work there There is black mold windows wont op I was fired from this place for asking about overtime I worked but they dont pay overtime which isnt legal The review from lisa hall she works in the corporate office over an hour away she doesnt live or work there There is black mold windows wont open bed bugs every month wont pay overtime and want you working on things like elevators and sprinkler systems they dont care if your insured or licensed They want cheap work They residents there really liked me and most of them are treated bad by the property manager Teresa Teresa is very unpleasant and only want to have meetings so she can complain about her sad life Even the contractors doing work there said how horrible she was to work around The residents were nice the work was easybut management came up with rules that best suited them for that day very unorganized and the corporate people like Jackie lisa and Brian the owner only worked like 2 days a week So good luck if you needed anything they wouldnt help They will soon be talking to my lawyer as a class action lawsuit will be against them for not paying overtime more ... hide ...
