It's comforting to see the police ride around a lot. This place is a great starting point when one is attempting to recover from a setback in life. Management has changed twice since my arrival and a new influx of families have moved in, bringing along their uncontrollable kids. I often get knocks on my door at different times of the day and the hallways are filled with the shouts of these unruly children. The parents only come up when you confront their child. This used to be a quiet area, which is why I wanted to live here. The swings were replaced at the beginning of the month, but the kids had already destroyed them by the middle of the month. I have informed management of this issue, yet nothing has been done; it seems like somebody must get hurt or there has to be severe damage to the building before anything changes. If you are considering this place as your new home, be aware of the unruly kids and keep an eye on yours if you have any. I have never had difficulty getting maintenance to address issues. The people in the office and I have never had conflicts. I just wish there would be a manager that can do something about these children disturbing the peace of others. I am now searching for another residence.more ...hide ...
