I notice there are a number of negative comments about rather trivial matters such as noisy neighbours, lawn mowing at 8am and monthly inspections of apartments. I would like to address these.The management team brings in a maintenance crew and a pest control company every three months, giving you a week's notice of their visit. They replace the air filter and spray the apartment to prevent bugs. Complaints about noise levels are not really fair - if that's an issue for you then maybe an apartment isn't the right option.In conclusion, if you are thinking about living here, I'd definitely recommend it. I've never had any problems with anyone being rude and the maintenance team are quick to fix any issues I have with my apartment. As my first apartment location was perfect everything else was not worth it When I originally moved in the only issue I had was my neighbors werent considerate when it came to their noise levelThen they switched property managers and replaced the off As my first apartment location was perfect everything else was not worth it When I originally moved in the only issue I had was my neighbors werent considerate when it came to their noise levelThen they switched property managers and replaced the office staff The new staff was completely unorganized and rude Every time I spoke to someone there werent any notations or trace of my previous conversations One time my neighbors water tank burst and flooded my apartment Instead of switching my unit like I asked emergency maintenance came to vacuum up the water But nothing worked properly in my unit afterwards They would constantly have to come fix my microwave or my ceiling fan bc there was water damage from the flood Maintenance comes whenever they feel like it And I never received my deposit back although I left everything the same way I received it I wouldnt recommend honestly more ... hide ...
