It has been a great experience for me. I notice there are a number of negative comments about rather trivial matters such as noisy neighbours, lawn mowing at 8am and monthly inspections of apartments. I would like to address these. The management team brings in a maintenance crew and a pest control company every three months, giving you a week's notice of their visit. They replace the air filter and spray the apartment to prevent bugs. Complaints about noise levels are not really fair - if that's an issue for you then maybe an apartment isn't the right option. In conclusion, if you are thinking about living here, I'd definitely recommend it. I've never had any problems with anyone being rude and the maintenance team are quick to fix any issues I have with my apartment. Not to mention it's in a great location and is reasonably priced.more ...hide ...
