In November I was told that there were four applications ahead of mine, and the wait would be between two and four months. However, I received a letter today (January 13, 2018) stating that my "recent" application had been rejected due to my "credit rating not meeting their criteria". I feel this is incredibly unfair, as I have been waiting all this time, unaware that I would not be granted an apartment. Why did the letter say "recent" when I had submitted my application on June 16, 2016? Furthermore, why did it take Chris Myers, the office manager, so long to make this assessment? I am deeply disappointed with Corbly Trace and the manner in which I have been treated. Sincerely, Marjorie Elaine Winkler.more ...hide ...
