I called for a week leading up to my appointment, sometimes twice a day, and even went to the premises the Friday before to leave a note in the manager's mailbox. I called for a week leading up to my appointment, sometimes twice a day, and even went to the premises the Friday before to leave a note in the manager's mailbox. Until now, Wednesday, I haven't received a response. The resident who let me in wasn't pleased with the new management anyway, and said the vacuum wasn't being used properly, the handrails weren't being cleaned, and the inside of the entrance doors were filthy. If there is a vacancy, why not follow up on the application and phone calls and have them filled? My colleague visited, too, and also never heard back. I'm going to contact the Regional Manager and Corporate about this. I've been in property management for over 30 years and have never encountered such an incompetent management as this one-star. more ...

Great maintenance, management does what they want and pick and choose favorites. Lots of corrupt activity going on behind doors in management and tenants. Nice place to live if you have no where else I guess. Be prepar
