Usually I don't post reviews, but the manager's unprofessionalism was so off-putting that I felt the need to share my story. She was in the office barefoot, eating some kind of dessert while looking at her phone. Even though it's understandable to snack at one's desk sometimes, there are limits! Moreover, she didn't think twice before swearing in front of people. She seemed to be in a hurry when talking to me; however, luckily another lady with black hair took me on a tour and she was very nice and informative - almost making me change my mind about leaving - until I asked her who the other lady was and found out that it was the manager. It appears that she only puts up a good façade! This made me not even want to consider renting here due to having such an attitude towards people on a regular basis if I stayed here. The leasing agent also told me that she is new; however, from their conduct you'd think their roles were reversed! Despite writing this long review because of how frustrating it is for such a pleasant apartment complex being ruined by an awful manager, someone needs to address her before more potential tenants are driven away! more ... hide ...
