Tori, the person I spoke to, informed me that there were no vacancies and when I asked if they had a waiting list she replied: "We don't do waiting lists". This seemed strange to me seeing as it was an independent living community. She then stated that she made decisions on who could move in based on need. Who gave her authority to decide who was allowed to reside there? She suggested calling back every 45 days so I did exactly that but when the next call came around Brenda answered and said they did have a waiting list after all! Astonished, I requested to speak with a manager but haven't yet received any sort of response. It is clear this type of housing should be handled with more care and consideration than this; Tori should be ashamed of herself. more ...

2022-04-29T01:41:27ZMy mom lives here and has for about 10 years She is very happy here I believe its 55 or older only and there is a pretty good size waiting list But it is definitely worth the wait Rent is low all utilities included and maintenance comes quickly
