I have been the manager at Cherokee terrace for 3 years now It has been my priority to rid Cherokee Terrace of the stigma has everyone has placed on it I love the idea of helping those families who are struggling to get on their feet Cherokee terrace I have been the manager at Cherokee terrace for 3 years now It has been my priority to rid Cherokee Terrace of the stigma has everyone has placed on it I love the idea of helping those families who are struggling to get on their feet Cherokee terrace is a stepping stone for many I have some amazing residents Cherokee terrace has come leaps and bounds since renovation Security cameras were installed and theft and drug activity is at a all time low My maintenance man and I work very hard to keep Cherokee Terrace looking good for our current residents as well as our future residents I can only do so much but am glad to say that the residents here help out just as much They want their stay here to be a great as I want it for them more ... hide ...

I love my apartment Beautifully updated with hardwood flooring throughout new appliances central heating and air plus so much more We have called it home since 2006 we wouldnt want it any other way The Bilevel apartments which ours is a 3 bedroom ha I love my apartment Beautifully updated with hardwood flooring throughout new appliances central heating and air plus so much more We have called it home since 2006 we wouldnt want it any other way The Bilevel apartments which ours is a 3 bedroom has a huge walk in pantry with floor to ceiling shelves enough room for our washer and dryer and plenty of room to walk around in also downstairs is the kitchen and Livingroom both are spacious so we dont feel like we are on top of each other Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bathroom Where my apt is located on the property there is a playground which is also new and it has plenty of shade during the summer mths The manager Jennifer is amazing nice and friendly down to earth and helpful Best manager we have had by far I hope she stays for a long time to come more ... hide ...
