The staff and maintenance have been very supportive and accommodating of my disability. There is a large closet with doors and racks, and built-in storage in the bedrooms. Furthermore, the neighbors are quiet and self-contained, and some have even been helpful to me without me asking. The grounds are well-maintained with mowing and pest control. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is efficient when it comes to repairs. The trash truck will come if the dumpster is full, even if it's not trash day. The absence of carpets makes it easy to keep the house clean. Cox high-speed internet and cable are available. At night, the area is brightly lit, so I don't need to turn on the lights in my house. The only complaints are the loud AC/Heat, the lack of a bathtub, and having to supply my own shower curtains. The only restroom is also through my bedroom, and rent can only be paid with a money order; direct deposit is not accepted. I think it would be nice if the tenant had their apt. number painted on the curb where they are supposed to park. My sister is on oxygen 24/7..it would be easier for her to walk from her apt. to her car & easier for her
