I made five phone calls today to the office and the office manager ignored them until the last call, when she finally answered. I have asked for maintenance to fix the shower head (which I swapped out due to the meagre water flow from the original one), bath tub, toilet, and the broken windows that were already cracked when I moved into my apartment - none of which have been addressed. I'm being held accountable for an unregistered dog in my apartment though it is really her cousin/family member downstairs with a Pitt bull that is unregistered. Then, at 12:30 at night, her boyfriend goes outside and begins to run his dirt bike under the stairs, creating a loud noise that awakens my 6-year-old daughter on a school night. The woman downstairs then came out and cursed me in front of my children concerning them being up at 9pm in the summer! This place is horribly managed and many residents have shared similar stories of how they are treated. Additionally, there are not many budget-friendly options for single mothers in Henryetta, so I've been trying to make it work, but it is getting worse.more ...hide ...
