I got an apartment But they dont answer the phone So I cant sign my lease All of my belongings are packed almost 2 weeks ago I want to get my kids so we can move in Frustrating

After making arrangements with the office to leave this apartment complex for March 2020 I returned February 19 2020 to assist my girlfriend with the move only for us to find the locks had been changed We contacted the office and were informed they t After making arrangements with the office to leave this apartment complex for March 2020 I returned February 19 2020 to assist my girlfriend with the move only for us to find the locks had been changed We contacted the office and were informed they trashed all of her belongings including a big screen 50 television her furniture and untold irreplaceable personal belonging that once belonged to her deceased father We were informed she did not renew her lease when she clearly did We were informed they had no record of her making arrangements to leave in March of 2020 when I personally was present that date for the conversation The office then placed the blame on her for not having a paper trail when it was in fact them who failed to do their job We attempted many times to contact Antelope Exclusive Management on this matter but all their contact inboxes are full and they refuse to answer the phone We will be seeking civil litigation in this matter Do not rent from these individuals nor any properties owned by Antelope Exclusive Management more ... hide ...
