The neighborhood is very loud though... at least from the North side of the complex due to auto shops, nearby school, and traffic. I kept to myself so I dont really know all the long-term tenants but most are friendly, helpful, and considerate --from what Ive observed. If you like dogs, youll love this place. Youre only allowed one pet tho. If you like holidays and social activities, the management and tenant association will invite you to all kinds of on -site events. I think they even have a little food store now. It took 90 days to get my deposits back, would have been good to have been told this rather than believe otherwise :) more ... hide ...
