2021-03-30T18:00:10ZI called to put down a deposit for a 3 bedroom which would look like the one on the website She told me that not all the units have stainless appliances in the kitchen and that they are not all painted the same NO WD inside the unit They only have co I called to put down a deposit for a 3 bedroom which would look like the one on the website She told me that not all the units have stainless appliances in the kitchen and that they are not all painted the same NO WD inside the unit They only have coin operated laundry on site I have been harrased in coin operated laundry facilities by people on site at other apartments in Fort smith and its unsafe They also charge a 16 application fee for each Applicant And will not email you a copy of the application and do not have a link to fill it out online They also asked for birth certificates and social security cards for every member of my household even my children If you ask me my opinion is that is just way too many negatives already I refused to apply I hope the laundry gets moved inside the units because that is just where I draw the line People stealing my laundry again No thank you more ...
