The odor is horrific my neighbor that lives above has no respect she let her teenage boy bounce his basketball in the apartment at all times of the night he has wrestling matches with someone or something from one of the apartment to the other at all times of the day or night management and the cops have been called numerous times about the situation but no resolve it continues parking close to my apartment is a problem there are far more cars than units traffic is bad something is going on more ... hide ... Until something inside me rose up, and I grabbed my phone to make calls without having any idea of what the outcome would be. After calling Riverbend Gardens and speaking with a sweet and soft voice on the other end who said they had a small waiting list that she was working from which gave me hope; the next morning I went in. She said she had been working through her list all morning and there were only a few ahead of me so I said okay. To cut a long story short my children and I were homeless but Mrs Marissa is as good as her word - she went above and beyond to help us complete paperwork while also explaining everything to me - an absolute angel sent by God! I thank God for her; not only did she stay in touch with us but it felt like divine connection - like He sent her here just to bless us (and others). From that day on when walking into offices where Managers would be on their phones or pretending to work whereas Mrs Marissa is always busy getting things done!
