Until something inside me rose up, and I grabbed my phone to make calls without having any idea of what the outcome would be. After calling Riverbend Gardens and speaking with a sweet and soft voice on the other end who said they had a small waiting list that she was working from which gave me hope; the next morning I went in. She said she had been working through her list all morning and there were only a few ahead of me so I said okay. To cut a long story short my children and I were homeless but Mrs Marissa is as good as her word - she went above and beyond to help us complete paperwork while also explaining everything to me - an absolute angel sent by God! I thank God for her; not only did she stay in touch with us but it felt like divine connection - like He sent her here just to bless us (and others). From that day on when walking into offices where Managers would be on their phones or pretending to work whereas Mrs Marissa is always busy getting things done!
