Good place to live but management sucks and will do anything to charge you more money

I have had a few people family and friends live in this facility Since this place is income based the manager Roxanne is incredibly facetious and uses the income based aspect to her advantage The rent is calculated by the amount of income of course a I have had a few people family and friends live in this facility Since this place is income based the manager Roxanne is incredibly facetious and uses the income based aspect to her advantage The rent is calculated by the amount of income of course and whenever a change happens she wants the tenants to figure out and retrieve proof of all income for the past year Even though it is not needed And the tenant is never believed Not to mention all the maintenance issues If any complaints happen then it takes weeksmonths to get any maintenance completed Drug users felons are not allowed there but exceptions are made and make the community a very sketchy one Especially if the active addicts happen to be your neighbors There is no compassion from Roxanne she can tell you to move out anytime and it happens more then you know This place sucks Period more ... hide ...
