Manager is poor the last review couldnt have said it more perfectly I would not recommend pine tree apartments to anyone unless maybe they got a new manager Im so glad I dont live there anymore

Management is beyond unprofessional and quite frankly the definition of heartless They treat tenants they do not like horribly and will fight to evict those tenants in the interest of the tenants that are considered friends Management allows tenants Management is beyond unprofessional and quite frankly the definition of heartless They treat tenants they do not like horribly and will fight to evict those tenants in the interest of the tenants that are considered friends Management allows tenants that are favorites to take pictures of other tenants and their guests Management also allows these favorites to walk around with guns on their hips in the presence of children and allows continued harassment to other tenants without consquence Instead of handling situations ethically and professionally management will fight to evict someone so that they will be homeless during a pandemic It is sickening how someone will go out of their way to cause such harm to another human It truly says a lot about the character of someone to do such acts while managing a low income apartment complex If you are looking for somewhere to live I truly encourage you to look elsewhere more ... hide ...
