I have lived here six years had a couple issues in the beginning with past management but since our new Manager Genaro arrived Uptown Tower is a pleasure Our Maintenance person William keeps things clean and in good repair and is always friendly and I have lived here six years had a couple issues in the beginning with past management but since our new Manager Genaro arrived Uptown Tower is a pleasure Our Maintenance person William keeps things clean and in good repair and is always friendly and with Covid has followed all safety guidelines The building is kept sanitary Genaro is always attentive to peoples needs Once Covid is not such a threat there is hope the tenants will be able to use the downstairs community room for activities maybe a PingPong table or a pool table or some kind of workout activity We shall see But for now Im as snug as a bug in a rug while we isolate I have a TWO balcony apartment with an awesome view of the city and two beautiful sliding glass doors that are double paned and trimmed on the inside with beautiful wooden trim I wish everyone good health Thanks more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 8 years or so and its been a fantastic experience The maintenance is always done perfectly There are no bugs or other problems which sometimes happens in subsidized apartments The management is friendly and keep things privately an Ive lived here for 8 years or so and its been a fantastic experience The maintenance is always done perfectly There are no bugs or other problems which sometimes happens in subsidized apartments The management is friendly and keep things privately and are very pleasant when they take care of business I appreciate them very much Overall is a wonderful place to live and during this time since Covid hit they have taken safety precautions seriously I feel safe here and I love my apartment here more ... hide ...

After months of paying a certain amount rent they call and say I have been paying too much rent and they cant accept the check I ask them if I subtract off next month rent for my brother and they say no because if tenant has a credit on account they After months of paying a certain amount rent they call and say I have been paying too much rent and they cant accept the check I ask them if I subtract off next month rent for my brother and they say no because if tenant has a credit on account they cant evict him My brother has lived there for at least a couple decades with no issue Then I ask if they can mail me a refund They say no it is my problem I informed them the money already out of the account They said the only thing they could do would be to return the check and I could send them the correct amount but there would be additional late fees They said the check took a week to get there from US BANK bill pay I was also told there would be additional late fees since I overpaid and would have to send another check Late fees are accessed by when received not when mailed they told me This makes it impossible to know the right amountnWhy cant they just send a refund they have the money and can do right amount going forward more ... hide ...
