Even if they relocate me, they have still displaced me, my girlfriend, and my 11-year-old son, in violation of state law. The attorney believes that Cascadia will have to pay damages of over $100,000 for this illegal eviction, displacement, and the damages that are accruing daily. They threw away all of my belongings and I have incurred hotel, medical, and psychological damages as a result of their blatant violation of state laws. This case worker, Kaylon Sanders, should not be allowed to hand out discrimination, yet here I am, a single, white, disabled tenant, sleeping in my car and about to become homicidal due to their complete disregard for state law.
