Folks in apartment 202 are scam artist. They try to do that fake check thing so you send them a real one after they send you a fake one and deposit it. Earl Yates is a POS. Section 8 needs to kick this low life out.

Just moved in, love the space (1 bdrm) and it easy open access. Plenty of walking about room, inside and out. People are friendly, mgt is helpful and open and caring. Glad I found this. Would recommend it.
