I moved from Boston Massachusetts to this development in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I had no problems living there My apartment was nice they did alot of renovating in my unit Dennis was very kind I enjoyed living there and so did my children

They actually dont deserve any stars Living in crafton heights townhomes has been the worst place I have ever lived The property manager is rude and disrespectful If you have any kids it is not safe The manager has done nothing about the drug dealers They actually dont deserve any stars Living in crafton heights townhomes has been the worst place I have ever lived The property manager is rude and disrespectful If you have any kids it is not safe The manager has done nothing about the drug dealers and guys hanging out on the property I called with concerns about my place being broken into while I was away and the property manager Dennis tried to switch the story around saying I should have notified him I was going to be away Let alone the maintenance men do not do their job They were coming to check water pipes and at the time of arrival my small children were in the tub The maintenance guy Frank was rude enough to tell me my kids had to get out I am seeing about taking legal action against them And they also havent done anything about the rat infestation they have They sent eviction notices to the tenants that complained about it more ... hide ...

The rent STARTS at $900 a month and goes up $25 a year. The actual neighborhood is filled with crime, even from the small children. No weapons are allowed and it doesnt stop gun crimes, robberies, or the occasional murder. Drugs are rampant, theres a lot of blaring music even at 3am, and people from all over generally scream constantly in the middle of the night. Fireworks are set off at random times right next to cars and the units. Maintenance man is awesome and friendly but the hired hands for mostly outside work are incompetent and negligent. They break something everytime they show up. Including a gas line. They break personal items and nearly broke several sliding doors by throwing logs at them. There is no privacy, even with blinds drawn, as most blinds are broken. People break glass bottles into the street and dump piles of garbage in the lots. Management changes the rules whenever they feel like without notice and wouldnt even let us read the terms to move in. They made us sign without knowing the rules. We had to wait 4 or 5 months with 3 requests just to get our rental agreement. And the office is almost never open, with only 4 days a week and limited hours that are wrongly shown on the office building. On top of everything, the entire neighborhood is infested with rodents and fleas and ticks. Theres a ton of flooding in yards and sidewalks so the marshy areas bring heavy swarms of mosquitoes in summer. Neighborhood dog walkers never clean up after their dogs so piles of feces lying about on sidewalks is common.I highly recommend not living here. Its dangerous and noisy and you never know what youll get in trouble for. They deceive you and threaten evictions for even the most minor things. Find somewhere cheaper and nicer. more ... hide ...
