The apartments were very nice when they first opened It was clean and they maintained things but since they changed managers and don039t have a maintenance crew that knows their head from a hole in the ground it has become nearly uninhabitable It is The apartments were very nice when they first opened It was clean and they maintained things but since they changed managers and don039t have a maintenance crew that knows their head from a hole in the ground it has become nearly uninhabitable It is a shame and the owners should send someone to see how far downhill their property has gone No AC or Heat in most units Letting younger people live there Charging the elderly 5075 to let them in their apartment if they left their key inside The side door doesn039t even work anymore It is a disgrace more ... hide ...

I had a brother that lived at Home Harbor before he passed away All he spoke on was the Management and maintenance Staff there and he loved it there He spoke on how they would do things for all people there and would check on the people And how clea I had a brother that lived at Home Harbor before he passed away All he spoke on was the Management and maintenance Staff there and he loved it there He spoke on how they would do things for all people there and would check on the people And how clean the building is and the people there are also friendly During my the visits there management and maintenance staff there are very friendly people and very professional when it comes to taking care of the people and their needs The staff will go above and beyond for the people that live there With my brother that was living in the building he told me that the staff are the best that he have ever seen and very caring and he live in that building for 5 12 yearsnThe staff thats there is the best I must say that they make sure that the building stay safe and cleannnIf there was a higher rating I would give more than 5 stars for the current staffn55 and older I would definitely refer Home Harbor as a Great place to Live more ... hide ...

Yay! Well I pay the application fee, give the deposit, and rent. I asked for my rent, deposit, and application fee back because they lied to me. They hand me back only the deposit check. I had to fight to get my rent check back and I lost my application fee.
