Thanks for all your help, Amy! Regarding office hours, this can be a bit of a hassle. It appears that managers answer inquiries as soon as they can. I have found that emails are replied to more promptly. If you need to inquire regarding the building or occupancy, you should email them. There is usually only one person handling calls, training, paperwork and tenants, leading to a hectic situation. The maintenance staff has worked here around the same time as me and is quite competent. He takes care of all the repairs and other duties (grounds keeping, reports, paperwork, inventory) with ease. He never complains and always has a smile. Well done, Paul! I have never had any major issues with any of the employees. All in all, it is a decent place to live. Ive never seen such laziness by staff. Ive watched maintenence, & cleaning staff sit in the office and do nothing. Maintenence harassing people acting like security made me feel very uncomfortable. Front entrance dirty
