If you're a favorite or in the know, you can get whatever you want. This is completely unacceptable. It's even worse in the winter, when some of the tenants are elderly and their children or someone else has to shovel for them. Then, someone else comes along and takes the spot without properly shoveling, even though it was a first come, first serve situation. Calling the office won't do any good either, as they either won't call you back or tell you there's nothing they can do. There have been many changes in staff, certain people are paid attention to, tenants come and go suddenly, and some stay for a month or two and then vanish. This seems a bit suspicious.
