The owners want to raise rentIn a low income area take away our parking and we arent allowed to have anything on our porch because its a fire hazard when the fire extinguisher on the porch hasnt been charged the whole time weve lived here had the wor The owners want to raise rentIn a low income area take away our parking and we arent allowed to have anything on our porch because its a fire hazard when the fire extinguisher on the porch hasnt been charged the whole time weve lived here had the worst roach infestation Ive ever seen the whole 2 and a half years weve lived here mice wasps birds in the roof termites etc tons of water damage lights are constantly flickering heating unit went out before the 4 snow storms we had and they didnt even get back to us on the maintenance request Telling us we need to find new jobs because we dont make over 3times the amount they want to raise it too even tho America is in an actual economic crisis And they want me to get rid of my 6year old dog because hes too big although it wasnt a problem the last few years more ... hide ...

Not only do the residents mean nothing to Clown Ridge the building is also meaningless if the repair guy feels like hes got better things to do today

Its under new maintenance The property manager is amazing and will help you when you need it Dont be afraid to call if you have an issue They will fix or assist any problem you have
