2020-06-29T14:39:41ZDo not rent from these people i am a current resident and managment is the worse there is very unethical business tactics and unwillingness to work with residents In example I am buying a home I let them know they say if I use there realitor i d Do not rent from these people i am a current resident and managment is the worse there is very unethical business tactics and unwillingness to work with residents In example I am buying a home I let them know they say if I use there realitor i dont have to pay termination break fee be cause realitor gives them a kick back of commission thats extremely unethical I use realitor not good and acted unprofessional when I terminated her services so i decide to use my own realitor and pay the termination fee I go put in my 60 day notice they require and want termination fee up front our will not take my notice i try to explain that my break fee check is coming when i close on house Nope the manager Shannon says it has to be upfront our can not take my notice causeing me to keep apartment longer I understand i have a lease and willing to pay my termination so they still getting there money just very greedy rip off unwillingness to work with residents and unethical company STAY AWAY more ...
