On move-in day she lied to me about the apartment being ready and even when I went to pick up my keys she would not open the door, despite being inside and having the cable man knocking. On move-in day she lied to me about the apartment being ready and even when I went to pick up my keys she would not open the door, despite being inside and having the cable man knocking. She finally opened it but nothing was as promised. The website floorplans were inaccurate and instead of allowing me to move my things into one room until they could finish the other one she said no - either pay for an additional 3 days of storage or put everything in storage. My mom wanted to talk to her and Anna said if my mom gave her a "mouthful" she would hang up on her. I asked for my deposit back and it still hasn't been returned after over a month. As a result of all this, I have had to put my belongings in storage while me and my two year old twins live in my mother's small 1 bedroom place while searching for another home - Anna should be fired! more ...
