I've been trying to get in contact with them for a week, but they're too busy - either not answering the phone or saying they'll call back, but never actually doing it. That's bad business on their part; I'm sure they've lost a customer.

The management has improved, but they struggle to get their maintenance staff to attend to simple repairs. The apartments look nice after the refurbishment, however they don't hold up well against regular wear and tear. Mold is growing in my walls because someone was supposed to caulk my bath tub a while ago, which was noted during inspection. Don't move here - it may appear attractive on the outside, but there is garbage and building materials scattered about. Ants come in through the walls/windows and if you are handicapped you'll find it hard to avoid falls or injury. Remodeled apartments are very nice

The family who resided here previously never had any problems, however it is in need of renovation.
