2020-09-12T08:10:17ZHorrible Communication is horrible Due to the COVID 19 pandemic they sent out a letter to residents saying that if you pay with a money order that the offices will be closed and that rent will not be collected until further notice My brother lives th Horrible Communication is horrible Due to the COVID 19 pandemic they sent out a letter to residents saying that if you pay with a money order that the offices will be closed and that rent will not be collected until further notice My brother lives there and is on SSI and he kept his rent for April for almost 2 months and they still have not asked for it They send him a letter in August asking for August 2020 rent which he paid but now are saying that he owes for April 2020 and he had to pay by Sept 14th 2020 Which is a VERY short notice for someone who only gets paid once a month He pays his rent on time every single month except for that one month where they were not collecting it Unfortunately it will have to be paid because he needs somewhere to live regardless of how much of a financial strain they put on him in such short noticennIt would of been nice if the office sent out a notice stating when the rent for April 2020 would be collected before late notices start arriving in his mail box more ...
