I am a honey eight-year-old female. I have one dog who is under 25 pounds and is also my emotional support animal. I am looking to move as soon as April 1, 2022, I currently live in North Kingstown RI in an apartment I like where I live but as of now my landlord doesn’t do leases and my lease ran up in October and he hasn’t updated it he usually doesn’t for any of the tenants for some reason that I don’t know why. And he doesn’t except section 8 or voucher so that is the reason I am moving. This has been the only place that I have rented for two years now. Before I had always lived with my husband but I am currently getting divorced. Before that I lived with my parents so this is the first house/apartment that I’ve ever rented. I have always paid the rent on time etc. and I’ve never had a problem here. I currently have a credit score of around 600 as well. I am looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom single-family home, duplex, or apartment. I am on SSI/ disability and do not have any other source of income at all. I have never had any issues where I live. I am a quiet woman who just keeps to herself but I am friendly as well.
