Rarely in my life have I encountered someone as unprofessional, uncaring, manipulative, and deceitful as the manager, Ms. Stacy Vento. For over half a decade, she terrorized an elderly lady in poor health. No matter what we tried, we couldn't create a working relationship with Ms. Vento and were unable to protect our vulnerable family member from her aggression. In the end, Ms. Vento was victorious. Our relative eventually had to move away because she couldn't cope with Ms. Vento any longer. We are determined to seek justice and use all our resources to remove her from her managerial position, since she clearly lacks the necessary qualities. Her "farewell present" to our kin - the refusal to give back the security deposit, fabricating facts, lying, and making it difficult to go through bureaucratic procedures - show that Ms. Vento is clearly financially dishonest and deserves to be investigated.
